Main responsibilities职责描述：

• Support to draft weekly production plan with PSC department, arrange operators’ position reasonably for ensuring the production schedule.
• Collect and analyse the data such as labour hour, yield, OEE, productivity and etc. Provide monthly report.
• Provide technical & economic data support to department, production line and etc. Responsible for SAP (Athena) transactions and TOP database related tasks.
• SAP(Athena)系统和TOP的维护。
• Provide support to Industrial control department & Logistic department for controlling temporary headcount
• Assist production manager to continuously improve labour productivity ensuing product quality and production tasks.
• Assist production manager to complete annual SP & Budget package.
• SP及年度预算数据包。
• Be responsible for Quality and Health-Safety-Environment in the position/workstation. Assist production manager to draft, revise and train the managerial related SOPs.
• SOP的起草、修订及培训。
• Complete other responsibilities from direct manager, department and the company.

• Experience：

工作经验: 1年以上医药制造行业的工作经验，3年以上计划生产数据分析经验

• Soft skill:

logical thinking逻辑思维能力强，Team work spirit (团队工作的精神)，数据分析能力

• Technical skill:

专业技能: 熟悉现行GMP和药片生产工艺；熟悉excel，PPT等office软件；

• Education:

教育背景: 本科以上

• Languages:

语言要求: 英语
