Your job, as EVF Single Use Systems and Raw Materials Validation Leader within our Manufacturing & Supply MSAT organization, will be to develop and execute the strategies of Single-Use Systems & Raw Materials of incoming products into our brand new generation of manufacturing assets, the Evolutive Facilities, to meet our ambition regarding flexibility in manufacturing and robustness of supply.

The working site for this position will be Neuville/Saône.

The Manufacturing Sciences, Analytics and Technology (MSAT) drives the industrialization and the improvement of biological processes and products. It embarks new technologies and digital trends. It is the keeper of manufacturing process knowledge. MSAT is at the crossroad of R&D and production. It is a multi-disciplinary function that provides expertise in process, manufacturing sciences, process modeling, statistical analysis, process validation and technology transfer.

Main responsibilities:

• Build and promote a standardization strategy to define the Single Use Technologies needed across process platforms
• Develop our digital tools (SuDesigner, PLM) with partners to set-up, drive and manage standardization
• Promote global SU standardization across sites
• Ensure EVF SUS & RM Control strategies are consistent with project's global control strategy (ex CMA/KMA approach)
• Ensure CMC teams bring strong and comprehensive rationale for RM choices & specifications to fit into EVF strategies
• Promote harmonized qualification strategies across Sanofi Pasteur and external networks

About you

• Solid industrial experience in pharmaceutical projects, including SUS/RM development, sourcing, and qualification
• Leadership to drive highly transverse projects and external partneships in a complex environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence project teams, internal and external networks
• Strategic vision to further develop simplification, standardization, digitalization
• Education: biotechnology engineering degree
• Languages: English mandatory. French is a plus
