As a Sales & Customer Engagement Assistant (Student Worker) in the aT1D North Europe team, you will contribute to delivering strong customer experiences by supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth internal processes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with HCP contracts and payments, managing marketing‑related workflows such as proofreading, approvals, and purchase orders, and maintaining templates in Adobe Sign. You will also support internal meeting coordination, handle approval processes for sponsorships and related activities, and collaborate closely with team members and external partners to ensure efficient and compliant operations.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist with basic administrative tasks related to Health Care Professional (HCP) contracts, payments, and simple reporting activities
• Help create and update templates in Adobe Sign (training provided)
• Support marketing processes such as proofreading materials, coordinating internal approvals, and helping manage purchase orders in collaboration with team members
• Help with scheduling and coordinating internal meetings.
• Support the team with straightforward approval processes for sponsorships and similar activities.

About you 

To excel in this role, you will need to have:

• Current enrollment as a 1st or 2nd yearBachelor student
• Excellent English skills and the ability to work on-site in Østerbro, Denmark
• Fluency in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with tools like InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, or similar design programs will be a plus
• Curiosity or creativity related to video editing or simple post‑production work will be a plus
• A positive, proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a genuine interest in the pharmaceutical industry
