DBU-Senior Brand Manager(KA Project)-Shanghai

Build platform to maintain professional engagement with provincial government officials in region to build regional business ecosystem and enhance access capability:

• Design and develop platform and conduct visit to maintain constructive professional relationship with stakeholders.

• Keep abreast of regional medical landing policies and deliver regularly training & coach to regional promotion team.
• Design and implement the 3rd party society meetings to enhance Sanofi branding
• KOL management planning and coordination

Main Responsibility:

• Responsible for product lifecycle planning and execution

• Identify and select business growth opportunities, and formulate clear customer behavior goals.
  • Manage product line and brand life cycle management to bring continuous and stable growth.

• Ability to develop, execute and manage customer engagement plans
  • Develop an omnichannel plan to drive customer behavior change.
  • Ability to present production requirements clearly and directly to creative and media suppliers. Produce creative and competitive branded content to create a great experience for customers.
• Timely and effective market insights, including healthcare environment and KOLs, continuously optimized based on data and reports.
• Cross-functional collaboration ability

Job Qualifications:

• Working Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience, multinational pharmaceutical companies is preferred
• Transversal Skills：Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Functional Skills: Championing People，Growth Mindset，Obsessive Execution
• Educational background: Bachelor degree or above (major in medicine, public health or marketing is preferred)
• Language requirements: Proficiency in English and fluent Mandarin
