Go To Market Capability (GTMC) organization aims for:

  • Centralization of Go-to-Market excellence and operational tasks across GBUs
  • Harmonizing best-in-class capabilities with strengthened global support while verticalization of reporting within GTMC from local to global,
  • Defining clear ways of working and bringing clarity on interfaces with GBUs, Digital, and executional support on commercial operations form Sanofi hubs to optimize process excellence and efficiency.

Sanofi Greater China is facing a high pace of changes aiming at making the organization across GBUs more agile and impactful organization, adapting the constantly and proactively the resources to the environmental changes.

Business Data Operation Manager will be a key element of Sanofi China’s Insights and Analytics capabilities’ development.

He/She is the guardian of company data: source new data to support business decision, ensure database exhaustiveness and quality. In this role, he/she will use his/her analytical and process management skills to establish / optimize existing procedures to define clear governance rules, maintain high quality database and support Business in their transformation.

Business Data Operation Manager will need to use collected insights and data to solve business challenges, explore uncovering new and transformative opportunities along the way.

He/She will also ensure that design, execution, and presentation of data are adhering to business requirements, rely on ability to interact with cross-functional dept such as Business units, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Digital, FFE, Omnichannel ...

Main responsibilities:

Lead projects as required to design/optimize local data governance rule following Global GTMC guidelines:

  • Responsible for the management of master database (HCP, HCO, distributors, etc.): define clear governance and management rules aligned with Global guidelines (establish / optimize procedures, data quality, upgrade, etc.) and provide high quality of execution.

  • Responsible for company sales flow (in-market sales, offtake, sales appealing, etc.): define clear governance and management rules aligned with Global guidelines (establish / optimize procedures, data quality, upgrade, etc.) and provide high quality of execution.

  • Maintain and expand knowledge on available and meaningful data sources included not limited to, business data, customer engagement data, online customer behavior data, customer labelling. Responsible for external data procurement within the frame of company product life cycle management strategy.

Lead projects as required to support the execution of business development strategy:

  • Find new data sources and work out solution and guideline to support the implementation of new business model such as DTP, Internet hospital, CSO, Distributor Partnership, etc.

  • Perform high quality, timely and accurate analyses using most relevant state-of-the-art methodologies, tools, and resources to support business needs.
