JOB PURPOSE:

Develop and execute brand strategies for Dupixent (dupilumab) in the pediatric and adolescent atopic dermatitis (AD) market.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Integrating Customer Insights & build brand strategies

  • Work with marketing research team to generate clear and accurate facts

  • Interacts with all customer groups to make market observations and identify potential insights cross broad range of healthcare solutions/disease areas

  • Identifies key market access and customer needs issues

  • Extracts key findings to use in driving strategies/tactics

Campaign design & execution

  • Drives consistent execution of product strategy with appropriate key performance indicators

  • Design and execute innovative projects through working with cross-function teams to ensure achievement of project KPI

KOL management and resource allocation

  • Build strong relationships with KOLs to generate insights, drive strategy and generate projects ideas

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Working Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience, multinational pharmaceutical companies is preferred

  • Transversal Skills：Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Functional Skills: Championing People，Growth Mindset，Obsessive Execution

  • Educational background: Bachelor degree or above (major in medicine, public health or marketing is preferred)

  • Language requirements: Proficiency in English and fluent Mandarin
