Main Responsibilities

• Support the organization and facilitation of key meetings, including performance reviews and governance sessions

• Track meeting outcomes and follow up on action items to ensure timely delivery

• Conduct analyses and develop presentations to support strategic decision-making

• Assist in the coordination of cross-functional projects in collaboration with other departments

• Contribute to alignment efforts across teams by maintaining clear and consistent communication channels

About You

We are looking for a motivated and curious intern who is eager to learn and contribute. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Education: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field

• Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across diverse teams

• Proactive attitude and attention to detail

• Technical Skills:

• Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

• Comfortable working with data and creating structured presentations

• Fluent in both English and Turkish (written and spoken)
