The Transformation Lead supports the execution of key transformation initiatives across the Eurasia MCO Pharma and Vaccine. Reporting to the Head of Transformation, this individual contributor role focuses on implementing high impact transformation programs alongside with launch, innovative solutions, marketing and customer engagement transformation, digital acceleration with AI, organizational change, governance and WoW programs. The role requires a pharmaceutical professional with strong marketing, digital, project management and communication skills who can coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and deliver measurable results

Main responsibilities
Transformation Program Support
- Executes assigned transformation workstreams within the Eurasia roadmap (launch excellence, marketing evolution, digital, CFOM/Agile, organizational change).
- Supports project planning, timeline management, deliverable tracking and benefits realization in collaboration with the Head of Transformation.
- Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment and progress.
- Reports on milestones and escalates risks proactively to the Head of Transformation
Launch Excellence
- Implements launch readiness frameworks and tools across markets.
- Supports integrated launch planning with cross functional teams like medical, public affairs, access, regulatory, CSU, commercial, P&C, trade&supply etc.
- Conducts launch assessments and capability gap analysis.
- Acts as program manager and facilitates meetings, decision makings, training and workshops.
Marketing & Digital & Organizational Transformation
- Leads deployment of new omnichannel marketing capabilities and digital tools and responsible to handover to GTMC teams for operation management and continue to support
- Assists in piloting innovative marketing approaches across markets.
- Coordinates with GTMC and global teams on best practice implementation.
- Tracks adoption metrics and user feedback.
Change Management & Communication
- Implements change management plans for transformation programs.
- Develops communication materials and stakeholder engagement activities. Supports training delivery and capability building initiatives.
- Manages resistance through structured engagement approaches.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Builds working relationships with stakeholders across like medical, public affairs, access, regulatory, CSU, commercial, P&C, trade&supply etc.
- Influences and mobilizes stakeholders without direct authority through credibility, communication and relationship-building.
- Facilitates workshops, working sessions and governance meetings.
- Represents the transformation agenda in relevant forums as directed by the Head of Transformation.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Tracks and reports on transformation KPIs, milestones and program progress.
- Conducts benchmarking and gathers insights from global best practices.
- Identifies improvement opportunities and proposes solutions.
- Maintains program documentation, toolkits and knowledge repositories.
About you
- Experience: Marketing experience in Healthcare/ Pharmaceutical industry, work experience in various change management situations, Organizational Development, Digital Transformation or Agile methodologies is a strong advantage
- Soft and technical skills:
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical commercial model (marketing, sales, market access, medical)
- Project management and change management principles
- Familiarity with Agile principles and CFOM frameworks
- Proficiency in digital tools and data-driven decision making
- Business: Understands business environment and climate; Ability to prioritize; Ability to work on their own initiative and make quality decisions; Excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate, communicate, present, influence and argument; out of the box thinking, challenge.
- Transversal Leadership: Engages others through active communication; Demonstrates a drive, passion and ambition for optimal results; Challenges the status quo; Develops fresh approaches in order to deliver results
- Networking: Strong relationship builder with internal stakeholders; Seeks out new opportunities; Demonstrates Team Working and sharing of best practice.
- Languages: Turkish and English are must (written and oral)
