You'll be joining Sanofi's US Rare Disease business at a pivotal moment—managing a portfolio with clear growth trajectory to $3.1B by 2030, leading health system strategy for breakthrough therapies, and shaping how we partner with leading academic medical centers and integrated delivery networks to transform patient outcomes.

About Sanofi

Our deep understanding of the immune system – and innovative pipeline – enables us to invent medicines and vaccines that treat and protect millions of people around the world. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives.

Main responsibilities:

Health System Strategy & Care Pathway Optimization

  • Lead integrated health system strategy to accelerate diagnosis, optimize care pathways, and improve treatment access across the rare disease portfolio

  • Identify barriers across the patient journey—diagnosis, referral, treatment initiation, reimbursement—and develop targeted, scalable solutions

  • Leverage patient journey analytics, health economics, and real-world evidence to guide pathway strategy and institutional engagement

  • Champion launch readiness for the landmark AATD therapy (1H 2027) across provider and health system dimensions

  • Collaborate with Health System leads across business units; share best practices and leverage common resources

Institutional Partnership & Shared Value Strategy

  • Identify the shared strategic priorities—the "main thing"—between Sanofi Rare Disease and senior institutional leaders, finding the intersection where patient access goals align with the institution's own clinical, operational, and outcome objectives

  • Build trust-based, mutually beneficial partnerships with health system executives, department chairs, and medical directors that go beyond transactional engagement toward genuine value co-creation

  • Design and execute collaborative frameworks where Sanofi and institutional partners work toward a common purpose: getting the right rare disease patients diagnosed and treated faster

  • Engage senior stakeholders at leading academic medical centers and IDNs to uncover and activate shared opportunities that benefit patients, providers, and the health system

  • Navigate Legal & Compliance requirements for all health system partnerships and B2B solutions, ensuring all engagements are structured for sustainability and integrity

Provider Partnerships & B2B Solutions

  • Build strategic partnerships with health systems, IDNs, and provider organizations across the rare disease landscape

  • Design B2B solutions that address health system needs across health information technology (HIT), operations, and patient experience

  • Expand key opinion leader relationships to uncover value-creation opportunities and advance rare disease awareness and diagnosis

Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration

  • Serve as the US Leadership Team subject matter expert on health system dynamics, care delivery trends, and provider engagement strategy

  • Integrate health system considerations into launch planning, lifecycle management, and portfolio strategy

  • Monitor the competitive landscape and evolving care delivery models in partnership with Business Insights & Solutions

  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team of 2 direct reports
