The HEVA organization is driven by five core values that define how we work and deliver impact. We operate as One Team, partnering without boundaries while pursuing a Bold Purpose through ambitious, measurable goals. Grounded in Scientific Excellence with Relevance and deep technical expertise, we embrace Innovation in Action to transform how we research and deliver Impact for People, creating meaningful outcomes for patients, the healthcare ecosystem, and our colleagues who make it all possible.

The primary responsibilities are to:

Partner with U.S. Medical Affairs/Value & Access to ensure appropriate use of HEOR evidence in field communications and training
Collaborate with Value & Access, US Medical Affairs, and Policy teams to deliver evidence that informs value frameworks, PDAB and ICER responses, value-based contracting strategies, etc.
Set HEOR evidence generation priorities independently for assigned Neurology and Immunology indications and translate Target Value Propositions and US market access strategies into evidence hypotheses, requirements, and generation plans that address the unmet needs of payers, providers, and health systems
Internal Partnerships and Management Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams — including commercial, medical affairs, clinical development, and market access — to ensure pricing and access decisions are aligned with the demonstrable value of the Neurology and Immunology pipelines
Align closely with the Global HEVA team to ensure US insights inform global strategies and coordinate evidence generation, modeling, and evidence synthesis activities
Communicate complex health economics concepts and strategic recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders with clarity and impact, including presentations to senior leadership

Ensure clinical development plans for Neurology and Immunology indications are designed to deliver true differentiation aligned to Sanofi's best-in-class or first-in-class ambition, with particular attention to US payer value demonstration

Apply working proficiency with HEOR-relevant digital tools and data platforms to enhance the efficiency and quality of evidence generation
Leverage digital and AI-enabled solutions to accelerate systematic literature reviews, evidence synthesis, and economic modeling workflows
Understand the application of real-world data analytics and advanced data platforms to Neurology and Immunology evidence generation
Maintain foundational knowledge of AI and digital tools relevant to health economics, including familiarity with data analytics platforms; demonstrate willingness to develop proficiency with new AI-enabled solutions to support HEOR research and evidence generation
Stay current with emerging digital methodologies relevant to HEOR and champion their adoption within the Neurology and Immunology HEVA team
Stakeholder Engagement and External Partnerships
Represent Sanofi at major scientific conferences and industry forums, leading abstract development and presentation delivery for the Neurology and Immunology portfolios
Collaborate with external research partners and key opinion leaders to advance HEVA strategy and tactical plans in Neurology and Immunology
Manage the US HEVA budget for the Neurology and Immunology portfolios, overseeing vendor contracts, research investments, and resource allocation to ensure delivery of evidence generation priorities within budget constraints
Work with the team lead to engage with external evidence bodies (ICER, PDAB, IRA) and apply knowledge of their requirements to shape evidence generation and value demonstration strategies for Neurology and Immunology
