Main responsibilities职责描述：

·Developing and implementing a quality excellence strategy across the organization

·Identifying and driving continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance product quality and operational efficiency

·Implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve customer satisfaction

·Defining the quality strategies from site projects: Capex, process optimization, new product transfer or introduction, organisations,…

·Leading quality transformation project

·Coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives

·Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the quality excellence and project management performance, and report on its performance and effectiveness

·Promoting a culture of quality excellence, continuous improvement, and project management across the organization

·Is accountable for the sustainable implementation of SMS 2.0

·Supporting the quality and site leadership team to ensure optimized economical performance

·Evaluating and recommending new technologies, tools, and methods to drive innovation and excellence

·Leading and managing the quality excellence and project management team, including hiring, training, coaching, professional development, and performance evaluation

·•建立和监控质量卓越和项目管理绩效的关键绩效指标(KPIs)和指标，并报告其表现和有效性

·制定并监测质量卓越和项目管理的关键绩效指标及衡量标准，定期汇报绩效表现和实施效果

·•在整个组织中推广质量卓越、持续改进和项目管理的文化

·在全组织范围内培育和推进质量卓越、持续改进及项目管理文化

·•对SMS 2.0的可持续实施负责

·承担SMS 2.0可持续性实施的责任

·•支持质量和现场领导团队确保优化的经济绩效

·协助质量团队和现场管理层实现最优化的经济效益

·•评估和推荐新技术、工具和方法以推动创新和卓越

About you 任职资格:

• Experience: At least a bachelor degree in pharmacy or chemistry or biology disciplines with minimum 5 years management experience in production and /or quality assurance.

• Soft skill: Good communication and collaboration

• Technical skill: Must be a committed "quality" professional with knowledge of regualed quality systems within the pharmaceutical or related industry.

• Education: At least a bachelor degree in pharmacy or chemistry or biology disciplines
