Main responsibilities职责描述:
• Being the OPEX representative (Business Partner) in Department / APU-PCU / Function
• Supporting execution of performance initiatives including the Continuous Improvement project portfolio defined at APU-PCU level, deployment of operating standards as codified in the respective ecosystems
• Leading problem-solving session leveraging existing SMS tools as GPS3
• Being the OPEX method and training referent for his/her area and supporting M&S network (e.g., Maturity Assessment execution, SMS Trainer…)
• Driving performance & transformation initiatives (e.g., SMS 2.0 deployment, boosters, Factory 4.0 solutions, etc.)
• Ensuring impact & sustainability
• Contributing to the development of operating standards in close partnership with dedicated ecosystem leaders and supporting M&S network (e.g. Maturity Assessment execution, SMS Trainer…)
• Responsible of Master Data Management Process application at site level, as defined in the Master data Playbook & associated Standards.
• Secure and communicate the direct link between Site Master Data KPIs and Site performance.
• Accountable of the site Master Data quality & Timeliness KPIs, and lead the continuous improvement loop
• Provides managerial support to Data Stewards team and contributes to upskilling • Ensures communication between site and Master data BPO through Master Data Community Management
• Responsible of sites adherence to Business Processes as defined in the Sanofi Operating Model, GOPs and more detailed for ERP in Signavio
• Secure and communicate the direct link between Site MySUA indicators and Site performance.
• Accountable of the site Transactional Data (Data from processes, e.g. Process Orders, Purchase Orders, etc.) Quality & Timeliness indicators in MySUA, and lead the continuous improvement loop
• Provides managerial support to all Key Users and contributes to upskilling
• Ensures communication between site and Smart Process (M&S BPOs) Team through Community of Practices and F&S Ambassador Networks
About you 任职资格:
Experience:
•Experience in transformation and change management
• Key transactional core systems minimum knowledge (SAP, LIMS, MES, VeeVa Vault, Kinaxis)
Soft skill: Good communication and collaboration
Technical skill:
• Knowledge of SMS operating standards (certification) & main Operational Excellence techniques (e.g., GPS3, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, CI, etc.)
• Understand finance P&L monitoring, BOI, GM, COGs, cash flow, …
• Good understanding of data management & IA digital products embedded into the SMS operating standards (e.g. eOEE, FaCT, iOBeya, …)
• Ability to federate all site functions through relying on communication skills
• Ability to connect Master Data and Site Performance
• Direct and Transversal management capability
Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field
Languages: Fluent English in verbal & written.
