Main responsibilities职责描述:
The main job responsibilities of this position are as follows:该职位的主要工作职责如下:
•    Lead the safe operation of the Level 1 operating unit and support the Operators
领导1级操作装置的安全操作,并支持操作员
•    Ensure to build capabilities of the Shift Team according to a skills matrix

•    Ensure standard work role cards and/or standard work plans are followed and that variations are captured and acted on

•    Through regular presence on the shopfloor, ensure the Shift Team identify line / asset / equipment / equipment train / process / production area / warehouse / planning issues that impact scheduling, safety and/or material flow (including material loss), coach and mentor operators to identify resolutions/ countermeasures and feed these issues into the CI loop

•    Support and coach the Shift Team with problem solving and root cause analysis

•    Lead and plan the regularly scheduled Asset care routine activities during a change-over or other opportunity and ensure all Asset Care tasks are completed on schedule

•    Own some Quick-Wins /CI projects/actions

•    Ensure data is categorized correctly (in eOEE) and used to make decisions on prioritization, escalation, etc.

•    Operate according to SOP standards, fill in GMP documents and records

•    Participate in and complete personal training on time.

•    Report product complaints and adverse drug reactions according SOP requirements.

•    Actively propose energy-saving projects

•    Support the development of energy-saving projects and give positive feedback

•    Participate in and implement energy-saving projects
参与并实施节能项目
•    Implement the shift change system carefully, and check whether the equipment and facilities are complete 
认真执行交接班制度,接班前必须认真检查本岗位的设备和安全设施是否齐全完好
•    Wear PPE correctly
正确佩戴和使用劳动防护用品
•    If any accident hidden danger or unsafe factor is discovered, it should immediately report to the HSE    management department
发现事故隐患或者不安全因素,应当立即向现场HSE管理人员
•    Cooperate with the accident investigation, and truthfully provide relevant information
配合事故调查,如实提供有关情况

About you 任职资格:

•    Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience at key relative positions
工作经验: 本生产线关键岗位至少两年工作经验
•    Soft skill: Could operates complex systems and equipments to produce batches/ manufacturing products. Problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skilling; Effective communication and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. 
通用技能: 解决问题、分析和决策技能;有效的沟通和跨职能协作的能力
•    Technical skill: Master basic English and Microsoft office software.
专业技能: 掌握基本英语和微软办公软件
•    Education: Graduation from high school or technical school in a related field.

•    Languages: Mandarin
