Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support logistics teams across multiple markets within the CSE region, ensuring consistent application of global logistics strategy and best practices.

• Oversee day-to-day third-party logistics (3PL) operations, managing daily flows, resolving issues, and ensuring business continuity across the region.

• Build and manage supplier relationships and service level agreements, driving performance, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.

• Monitor and control distribution costs, tracking spend against budget and identifying opportunities for optimization.

• Ensure full compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP), supporting audits, stock counts, and quality standards across all markets.

• Lead transportation planning and execution across the MCO, ensuring best cost-to-serve and operational resilience.

• Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, collecting team feedback, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement smarter workflows.
  

About You

• Experience: Proven experience across logistics, supply chain, and/or warehouse operations, ideally in a multi-country or regional environment.

• Skills: Strong analytical mindset with solid understanding of KPIs, SLA management, and cost control; experience with process improvement and change management.

• Technical: Familiarity with import/export regulations and Good Distribution Practice (GDP); strong systems skills.

• Soft skills: Collaborative team player with strong relationship management skills, able to work cross-functionally and transversally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent).

• Languages: Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
