  • Maintain a structured demand pipeline and ensure alignment between business requests and available Digital Technology capacity.
  • Support investment prioritization, project intake, and delivery sequencing decisions in coordination with NAM and global stakeholders.

  • Leverage data, user feedback, and XLA/DEX metrics to surface insights and prioritize experience improvements.
  • Ensure service transitions, product launches, and technology changes are managed with business readiness and user adoption in mind.

5. Strategic Programs, M&A & Business Continuity

  • Provide Enterprise Delivery leadership for high-impact business and technology initiatives — including M&A integration, site expansions, business unit transformations, and large-scale technology deployments across Canada.
  • Identify, assess, and manage technology risks with respect to business continuity and operational resilience across assigned markets.
  • Coordinate with risk, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure NAM Canada technology environments meet resilience, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead or support crisis and major incident response for technology events impacting NAM Canada business operations.

6. Strategic Partner & Vendor Management

  • Partner with internal service owners and strategic external providers to ensure technology delivery and operational commitments consistently meet NAM business expectations.
  • Monitor partner performance against SLAs and contractual commitments; escalate issues and drive corrective action plans where required.
  • Support vendor governance activities including performance reviews, contract renewals, and partner development initiatives relevant to NAM Canada.
