Project Context:

The SmartPair - GMID-VeevaRIM links project aims to create and validate links between product GMIDs (article codes of products manufactured on site) and corresponding regulatory data in Veeva RIM. These links are created and validated within the SmartPair tool.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Training on links creation/validation between GMID and VeevaRIM

  • Training on SmartPair and Veeva RIM tools

  • Proposition of links between GMID and VeevaRIM and collection of these links via an Excel file for implementation in SmartPair

  • In case of erroneous or partial data, proposition of corrections to be validated by the RSO for implementation in Veeva RIM or SAP PKH

  • Second verification of links after corrections in SAP PKH or VeevaRIM tools

  • Monitoring and reporting of project deployment progress on site

  • Participation in "Project support" meetings

Key Interfaces:

  • Global project team

  • Various site functions (primarily RSOs)

  • Data Stewards

  • Site Data Process Managers (Smart Factory)

  • Other Sanofi sites (inter-site coordination)

Required Expertise:

  • Bachelor Degree with 3+ years of experience

  • Good level of English (speaking & writing)

  • Knowledge on regulatory subjects

  • Knowledge of Veeva
