About the Job
Reporting to the Head of Total Workforce Management & People Analytics, the Digital Product Expert – Total Workforce Management is a global role supporting the delivery, evolution, and sustainment of digital solutions across the Total Workforce portfolio.
This role operates at the intersection of product execution, functional HR expertise, and technical platform knowledge. You will work closely with Digital Product Owners, acting as a key contributor to roadmap execution, functional design, and technical enablement of solutions supporting contingent workforce management, HR platforms, People Analytics solutions, and Organizational Design initiatives.
As an individual contributor, you will partner closely with P&C as the primary stakeholder, as well as Digital, People Services and external vendors, translating business needs into scalable, well governed digital solutions. The role requires hands on contribution and the ability to operate effectively in complex, global, and agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a functional and digital expert for Total Workforce Management solutions, with strong focus on contingent workforce, organizational design and people analytics.
- Support Digital Product Owners by translating P&C and business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Contribute to product backlog management, refinement, and prioritization using Agile methodologies and collaborative tools such as JIRA.
- Perform functional and technical benchmarks of platforms, tools, and vendors to support decisions on new or evolving solutions.
- Contribute to the administration and functional configuration of analytics platforms supporting Total Workforce and HR insights.
- Support integration and alignment between HRIS (peferred knowledge in Workday), VMS platforms, and analytics tools.
- Ensure alignment with data governance, security, data privacy, and compliance standards.
- Monitor solution performance, adoption, and functional quality, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Champion a customer centric and value driven approach, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.
About You
- 3+ years of experience in HR digital, product, or functional roles within People or HR organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Total Workforce Management, including contingent workforce and external labor.
- Hands on experience with VMS, HRIS platforms, preferably Workday, and analytics tools from a technical or administrative perspective (e.g. Visier).
- Proven experience working in agile environments with multiple stakeholders, using tools such as JIRA; Agile certifications are a plus.
- Strong product and customer oriented mindset, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with complexity, ambiguity, and evolving priorities.
- Fluent in English.
