Accelerator Senior Product Designer

Location:Paris, France

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Three days from office and two days from home)

About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer within our Commercial Accelerator team, you will shape intuitive, scalable digital healthcare experiences used at global scale, working embedded in product teams to design end-to-end solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Join our Commercial Accelerator team as a Senior Product Designer and help shape intuitive, scalable and impactful digital products used at global scale.

You will be embedded within a product team and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers and CX partners to design end-to-end user experiences that balance user needs, business goals and technical feasibility.

What You’ll Do

• Design end-to-end experiences for digital products and platforms 

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data and Research teams inside agile environments 

• Contribute to product discovery, ideation and delivery activities 

• Translate complex user and business needs into simple and intuitive experiences 

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs 

• Present design rationale clearly to stakeholders and product teams 

• Contribute to UX consistency, design quality and scalable experience foundations 

• Support research and testing activities when needed 

• Help teams stay focused on delivering meaningful user outcomes 

• Contribute actively to collaborative product and design discussions 

About You

• Strong experience in Product Design, UX or Interaction Design 

• Portfolio demonstrating strong UX, interaction and visual design craft 

• Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams 

• Comfortable working in agile product environments 

• Strong communication and collaboration skills 

• Ability to bring clarity and structure to complex or ambiguous topics 

• High attention to detail and quality 

• Experience with modern prototyping and design workflows 

• Fluency in English 

Nice to Have

• Experience designing AI-enabled or data-driven digital products 

• Experience in healthcare, pharma or regulated environments 

• Familiarity with design systems and scalable product ecosystems 

• Interest in service design, innovation or product discovery practices
