As Customer Engagement Manager/Brand Manager within our Immunology Sales & Customer Engagement team in Romania, you'll spearhead the transformation of our Go-To-Customer model, driving strategic multichannel engagement and leading breakthrough marketing initiatives across Nasal Polyposis (NP) and ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat) therapeutic areas within the CSE MCO (Central & South Europe) context. You'll be at the forefront of our Immunology focus, working with specialist healthcare professionals to drive meaningful patient outcomes in dermatology and ENT therapeutic areas.

Main responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans for NP (Nasal Polyposis) and ENT (Nose, Ear, Throat) portfolios in collaboration with medical, customer experience, and key support functions to achieve multichannel engagement excellence and business goals
• Lead strategic market research initiatives to understand NP and ENT market dynamics, patient needs, and competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable marketing strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with NP, ENT specialists, key opinion leaders, and scientific societies to enhance brand credibility and market presence in these specialized therapeutic areas
• Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and healthcare professional engagement channels tailored to NP and ENT communities
• Drive data-driven decision making through monthly and quarterly analysis, monitoring KPIs and adjusting strategies to maximize return on investment for NP and ENT brands
• Manage annual brand marketing budgets effectively for NP and ENT portfolios, ensuring optimal resource allocation and tracking financial performance including sales and market share
• Train and equip field teams with necessary knowledge and tools for effective engagement with NP, ENT specialists, and related healthcare professionals
About you
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical field with strong background in commercial or tactical marketing; customer engagement specialist experience preferred; experience in NP and ENT would be an advantage
• Therapeutic area knowledge: Understanding of NP and ENT therapeutic areas, market dynamics, and patient populations highly valuable
• Strategic & analytical skills: Marketing strategy development, project management, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Technical knowledge: Proficiency with digital tools, CRM systems (OneCRM, OneCI), analytical platforms, and multichannel engagement tools
• Education: University degree (medical field advantageous), preferably with additional business management or marketing education
• Personal qualities: Results-oriented, creative problem-solver with excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Languages: Fluent in Romanian and English required
