Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement market access strategies, plans and tactics throughout the product lifecycle to optimize recommendations, pricing and access aligned with business priorities.
• Lead health economic and value assessment analyses to drive evidence-led decision-making and optimize positioning with payers and influencers.
• Represent Market Access in key decision-making forums and with external stakeholders, including negotiations with critical partners.
• Lead evidence generation related to market access, ensuring alignment with business priorities and global brand strategy.
• Maintain expert-level understanding of pricing, funding criteria and payer decision-making processes, actively scanning for emerging trends and risks.
• Collaborate transversally across the organization to ensure alignment with Corporate Affairs, Medical, R&D and commercial teams.
• Foster a culture of innovation in health economics, including AI tools and best-in-class methodology adoption.
  

About you

• Education: Master's degree in health economics, pharmacology or similar, preferably complemented with an MBA
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in market access strategy development, payer engagement, and health economics analysis within the pharmaceutical industry
• Technical skills: Deep knowledge of market access stakeholders, pricing and reimbursement processes, scenario analysis, and value proposition development for payers
• Leadership skills: Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to transform team organization and ways of working
• Languages: Fluency in English and Czech required
