Main responsibilities

• Support in management of Product Complaints received by the country according to Sanofi processes, standards and appropriate tools in force in collaboration with PTC Hub (e.g. sending of samples, following trends).

• Support in management of local Quality documents in collaboration with documentation Hub (e.g. Periodic review).

• Support of local administrative batch release for vaccines (e.g. compilation of local documents, payments) according to Sanofi processes and local regulatory requirements.

• Support of MAH review of Product Quality Review (PQR) (e.g. completing of documents, sending them for electronic signature).

• Support of vaccines samples provision to local HA (e.g. compilation of relevant documents) in accordance with local regulatory requirements.

• Support in management of temperatures excursions according to Sanofi processes

• Support in management and deployment of quality relevant tools (e.g. iLearn, QualiPSO).

• Support in review and preparation of Quality Technical Agreements between Czech affiliate and Sanofi sites/Sanofi hubs.

• Support in reporting of trends in Products Complaints to local Health Authority.

• Support in transversal collaboration with internal GxP and non-GxP stakeholders.

• In collaboration with Distribution Responsible Person support wholesale distribution activities covered by the corresponding Wholesale Distribution License (WDL) to be operated by the Sanofi affiliate in full compliance with GDP requirements.

• Administrative support of quality department (meeting organization, main reports, technical support).

• Support in training allocation and follow-up via iLearn as Authorized Requestor.

About you

• Experience: Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a quality-related role (such as Quality Assurance, Production, or Quality Control) is an advantage.
• Education: Master's degree in natural sciences, chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field.
• Soft skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, clear communicator, and a collaborative team player who can also work independently with a high sense of accountability.
• Technical skills: Solid working knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Languages: Full proficiency in Czech or Slovak is required; upper-intermediate English is essential for working with global teams and documentation.
