Main responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a Scrum Master, providing coaching, performance management, and career development in Agile facilitation

• Own end-to-end demand strategy for M&S Services, SM&UX, Pharmacovigilance, and Medical Affairs perimeters

• Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and translate complex safety/medical requirements into actionable technical specifications

• Define prioritization frameworks and make strategic decisions on demand portfolio across safety-critical and regulated data environments

• Coordinate between Snowflake and Visualization teams for safety data, medical affairs analytics, and UX-related data products

• Lead governance forums, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications on portfolio health and strategic direction

• Drive continuous improvement of demand management processes and champion best practices across the organization

About you

• Experience: 8-10 years in demand management, business analysis, or project management with people management experience

• Domain expertise: Strong background in Medical & Safety Services, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Affairs, or Safety Management functions

• Technical skills: Deep knowledge of data architecture, Business Intelligence, and AI; ability to perform data translation activities independently

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members; experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks

• Communication: Outstanding stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at senior and executive levels

• Education: Bachelor's in IT, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; Master's strongly preferred
