Main responsibilities

• Support and enhance data products by working closely with Product Line and Business teams to develop new features, improve functionality, and ensure service level agreements are consistently met.
• Troubleshoot data pipeline issues and collaborate across teams to resolve incidents quickly and effectively.
• Monitor service performance, define key metrics, and ensure data products meet agreed quality and availability standards.
• Own the complete lifecycle of technical solutions and service offerings, from delivery through ongoing management and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines using modern tools and technologies, optimizing performance to support advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning initiatives.
• Create clear documentation and knowledge articles that support knowledge transfer, training, and long-term maintenance.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and service improvements that benefit our global patients and customers.

About you

• Experience: Solid background in data engineering, integration, data warehousing, or business analytics, with hands-on experience using tools like Spark/Scala, Informatica/IICS/Dbt, and cloud platforms
• Technical skills: Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data structures and algorithms, scripting languages (Python, Shell), and experience with Snowflake and Informatica Cloud; familiarity with job orchestration tools like Airflow is a plus
• Service mindset: Understanding of ITIL practices and service level management, with the ability to define, monitor, and improve service delivery
• Problem-solving: Pragmatic approach to solving complex technical challenges, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Collaboration: Service-oriented team player with excellent communication skills who thrives in cross-functional, agile environments
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field
• Languages: Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
