Main Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a logistics team, fostering a high-performance culture built on engagement, inclusion, and continuous growth.

• Oversee day-to-day third-party logistics (3PL) operations, ensuring seamless inbound/outbound flows, issue resolution, and business continuity.

• Manage supplier relationships and service level agreements, driving performance, cost efficiency, and mutually beneficial partnerships.

• Build and control the distribution and transportation budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities and tracking spend against targets.

• Ensure full compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP), supporting audits, stock counts, and quality standards.

• Lead transportation planning and execution, ensuring best cost-to-serve and operational resilience.

• Contribute to regional and global logistics projects as a subject matter expert, representing the local legal entity with internal and external stakeholders.
  

About You

• Experience: Broad experience across logistics, warehouse, and supply chain operations — including team leadership.

• Skills: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; solid understanding of KPIs, SLA management, and process improvement.

• Technical: Familiarity with import/export regulations and Good Distribution Practice (GDP); excellent systems skills.

• Soft skills: Collaborative team player with strong relationship management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent).

• Languages: Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
