As (Senior) Customer Master Data Analyst within our Order to Cash team, you’ll responsible of the creation/modification of customers, pricing conditions and contract agreements mainly in SAP, you’ll own the operational master data management such as master data creation and maintenance in the relevant systems.

Main responsibilities

• Sales Order Management – Responsible for accurate and efficient capture of customer orders into the ERP system, overseeing complete order administration from order taking through invoicing, managing by exception within agreed timelines

• Customer Service & Collaboration – Coordinating local and hub-level interactions to ensure flawless execution, with particular focus on customer stock management in partnership with Customer Fulfillment representatives

• KPI Monitoring & Compliance – Monitoring operational KPIs and Sanofi policy compliance; developing and implementing remediation action plans in coordination with the Sales Order Manager and local stakeholders

• Team Leadership & Coaching – Supervising and coaching Sales Order Analysts, providing expertise, anticipating workload, and allocating resources for effective delivery

• Employee Lifecycle Management – Managing recruitment, performance evaluation, development, recognition, and retention of direct reports; addressing performance issues and recommending personnel actions

• Continuous Improvement & Process Automation – Identifying process improvement opportunities, eliminating redundancies, participating in automation initiatives, and supporting seamless adoption and transition

• Training & Development – Ensuring onboarding of new hires, determining training needs of direct reports, organizing professional development in accordance with procedures, and collaborating with the Requests and Disputes Manager

About you

Experience:

  • At least 3-5 years´s experience in Customer service, Order Management, Order to Cash contract & commercial conditions management or similar (essential) preferably in Pharma

  • At least 2 years experience as a team lead

  • Understand commercial policies, pricing, rebates, on-off invoices, returns and claims policies (essential)

  • Analyzing data to improve processes and performance

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently

  • Ensuring accuracy in order processing and documentation

  • Experience in running services within a Business Services organization (advantageous)

  • Experience in in transition project (advantageous)

  • Good business acumen (advantageous)

Hard and Soft Skills:

  • Hands-on experience of SAP (essential) in S4 Hana preferably, SD module (advantageous)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise of MS Excel (essential)  

  • Clear and effective communication to ensure everyone understands their roles and responsibilities

  • Quickly addressing and resolving any issues that arise in the order management process

  • Ability to interact with  customers in a professional manner (essential)

  • Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with front line teams with an end to end mindset (essential)

  • Attentive to customer needs and feedback (essential)

  • Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated

  • Being flexible and able to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities

  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks and processes (essential)

  • Ability to organize, prioritize and structure the tasks for oneself and direct reports (essential)

  • Attentive to detail and works with precision (advantageous)

  • Action oriented, delivery driven, change agent (advantageous)

  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide team members towards achieving common goals.

  • Lead by example to deliver high quality service, customer satisfaction (advantageous)

Language:

  • Good command of English and Spanish language in written and verbal

Education:

  • Diploma on Economics/Trade/Foreign Trade/Logistics/Finance
