Overview:The Data Analyst plays a crucial role in transforming complex data and business requirement into meaningful insights that drive business decisions across multiple strategic initiatives. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills who can collect, process, and interpret data and business requirement to identify trends and patterns. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders and contribute to data governance initiatives while working collaboratively within a team focused on delivering actionable data solutions. This role directly supports our key focus areas including Power BI solution development, AI integration, customer profiling, forecasting, and operational excellence across various business functions.
Key Responsibilities
·Collect, clean, and analyze diverse data sets from various sources to identify meaningful insights that support business decision-making.
·Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports that communicate complex information in an accessible format to stakeholders.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design data analysis projects that address specific challenges.
·Implement data quality checks and governance practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.
·Stay current with emerging data analysis tools and techniques, proposing innovative approaches to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
·Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
·5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, with proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language like Python or R.
·Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data / business requirement and translate findings into clear recommendations.
·Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms.
·Excellent communication skills to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
·Understanding of data governance principles and experience working in team environments to deliver data-driven solutions.
·Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
