Manufacturing Operations Specialist

About the job

Working as part of the Manufacturing Operations offline support team, this role is fully site-based and supports quality, compliance, and continuous improvement activities within Product Supply operations.

Main responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation and review of procedures and batch documentation
• Perform audits of Product Supply departments according to the agreed schedule
• Ensure adherence to the Sanofi quality system
• Ensure practices meet cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements
• Actively identify and participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) projects
• Support manufacturing operations projects as required
• Act as the Quality point of contact for operations systems and processes, providing guidance and feedback on quality operational issues
• Perform timely review of documentation, deviation investigations, customer complaints, and metric reporting — highlighting and assisting in the resolution of concerns/issues
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely closure of quality actions and findings
• Conduct all duties in a safe manner and report any safety issues or concerns
• Support the team in achieving team goals and targets
• Attend team meetings as required

About you

• Degree in Science or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Experience working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of cGMP requirements and quality systems
• Excellent attention to detail with a methodical, accurate approach to work
• A confident communicator who works well as part of a team and can engage effectively with stakeholders across departments
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with a degree of autonomy
• Adaptable and open to change in a fast-paced environment
