Build a career and you can be part of transforming our business while helping to change millions of lives. Ready? As Contract Obligations Monitoring Specialist within our Contract Obligations Monitoring Team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that all contractual obligations are actively monitored, that performance deviations are identified early, and that stakeholders are informed and engaged on compliance outcomes.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end pre-onboarding process for new suppliers and contracts, coordinating with internal stakeholders to validate vendor data and confirm completeness prior to formal onboarding.
- Gather relevant data, as per defined processes, to onboard new suppliers and/or contracts into the dedicated obligations management platform.

- Conduct ownership validation exercises to confirm accountability mapping for each contractual obligation, ensuring clear assignment to the relevant internal owners.
- Establish and maintain contract obligation records in the dedicated obligations management platform, including accurate entry of obligation categories, due dates, responsible parties, and relevant metadata.
- Facilitate stakeholder training and enablement activities to ensure effective use of the obligations management platform and understanding of contractual responsibilities.
- Conduct timely review and monitoring of assigned contractual obligations using AI-powered Obligation Management and CLM tools, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Develop and implement monitoring and validation strategies based on obligation complexity, risk profile, and supplier performance history.
- Execute targeted monitoring, validation reviews, and spot-checks to identify potential deviations, performance gaps, or compliance risks.
- Utilize obligations management tools to identify early indicators of contractual breaches, SLA underperformance, or compliance issues, escalating findings to relevant stakeholders with appropriate supporting documentation.
- Perform data reconciliation and validation reviews by comparing supplier-reported information against internal systems to confirm compliance with contractual obligations.
- Prepare periodic reports and obligation impact assessments, highlighting compliance status, performance trends, risks, and potential financial, operational, or reputational implications.
- Coordinate supplier and contract offboarding activities, ensuring obligations are properly closed, archived, or transitioned in accordance with established procedures.
About you
