Sanofi Global Services Bogotá Hub plays a key role in delivering best-in-class HR services across the Americas region. As part of the Employee Experience organization, the HR Services Analyst supports employees and managers by providing high-quality HR operational support, managing inquiries, maintaining employee data, and ensuring an exceptional employee experience through efficient service delivery.
This role acts as a trusted point of contact for HR-related questions and system support, ensuring compliance with global processes, local regulations, and agreed service levels while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Main responsibilities:
- Manage HR inquiries from employees through phone, email, and case management tools
- Provide timely and accurate support on HR policies, procedures, and systems
- Record, track, and resolve cases in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs)
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience while ensuring compliance with HR processes and guidelines
- Support the creation and maintenance of knowledge articles and documentation
- Support maintenance of organizational structures and position management within HR systems
- Assist with organizational changes and master data management activities
- Provide functional support for HR systems such as Workday, MyPortal, Qlik Sense, and other HR tools
- Support international mobility processes and employee data management activities
- Prepare and monitor reports related to data quality and data cleansing initiatives
- Maintain user manuals and process documentation for HR systems
- Provide functional support to employees, managers, and stakeholders during process execution
- Monitor SLA performance and prepare reports, alerts, and follow-up actions
- Deliver training and support regarding HR Services tools and processes
- Escalate issues when required and ensure timely resolution
- Support onboarding activities and training for new employees
- Deliver training sessions to managers on Workday roles and responsibilities
- Participate in testing activities related to Workday and other HR system enhancements
- Prepare and validate bulk upload files in collaboration with Master Data teams
- Monitor HR Services KPIs and proactively identify potential process risks
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through simplification, standardization, and elimination of non-value-added activities
About you
Experience
- Experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Employee Services, Customer Service, or related functions is preferred
- Experience working with HR systems and ticketing tools is a plus
- Experience supporting employees in a service-oriented environment is desirable
- Knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities is an advantage
Soft & Technical skills
- Strong customer-service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and SLAs
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and virtual environments
- Experience with Workday or other HR systems is preferred
- Familiarity with ticketing/case management tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with reporting and data analysis tools is a plus
Education
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Languages
- English: Advanced level.
