  • Job Title: Global Process Lead Launch to Engage (GPL L2E)

  • Location: Hyderabad

Strategic Context

Sanofi has currently the best and most robust pipeline of R&D and consequent new launches of our history. As part of the next phase of our Play-To-Win strategy, the Global Process Owner (GPO) Blueprint framework has been established to drive best-in-class capabilities across our end-to-end processes, bringing value and excellence to our commercial operations.

The Launch to Engage process represents a critical L1 end-to-end process encompassing seven key L2 sub-processes: Product Launch, Market Access & Pricing, Insights & Analytics, Omnichannel & Customer Engagement, Trade & Revenue Management, Customer Facing Operations, and SEE Engage-to-Report. This comprehensive process ensures seamless coordination from product launch through customer engagement and revenue realization.

Our Team

The Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) organization aims to centralize Go-to-Market excellence and operational tasks across GBUs, standardizing best-in-class capabilities with strengthened global support while establishing clear ways of working to optimize process excellence and efficiency. The GPO Blueprint framework serves as the foundation for this transformation, establishing clear roles, governance, and continuous improvement mechanisms.

As a Global Process Lead reporting to the Global Process Owner of Launch to Engage, you will be responsible for managing specific L2 or L3 processes within the Launch to Engage taxonomy, ensuring alignment with global standards while driving local implementation excellence across all regions and business units.

Main Responsibilities

The Global Process Lead – Launch to Engage is a full-time non-operational role responsible for managing assigned L2/L3 process areas — focused on process design, governance, standardization and continuous improvement, not day-to-day operational execution. Working closely with the GPO Launch to Engage, you will ensure alignment within and across functions, applying GPO Model capabilities, methods, and tools to drive process excellence.

  • Maintain and improve assigned process areas including leading Continuous Improvement projects covering process design, management rules, RACI definitions, roles & organization, internal controls, and digital solutions

  • Ensure processes levels 1–5 are fully documented; for levels 6–7, document processes, business rules & detailed standard operations where meaningful

  • Drive Business Process Management lifecycle for assigned process areas, including continuous improvement, innovation, and digital & automation solutions

  • Act as business system owner for assigned processes to ensure system standardization and optimization

  • Ensure a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) strategy is defined and maintained for assigned process areas, both globally and locally

  • Drive innovation to ensure assigned processes are future-proof, examining and proposing new solutions that increase automation and improve process outcomes

  • Ensure internal controls and compliance requirements are embedded within process designs from the outset

Global Implementation & Standardization

  • Provide and maintain Core Models for assigned business processes, including exception approval processes

  • Drive standardization across functions and geographies within assigned process scope

  • Ensure consistent adoption of optimized processes implemented across all regions and GBUs

  • Support identification of improvement potential, definition of design and implementation-related action plans and resourcing by collaborating with BPLs, SMEs, and when required other GPLs and the GPO

  • Support review of any change requests and exceptions to the Core Model with regional teams

Stakeholder Management & Governance

  • Participate in Process Board meetings with reporting responsibility to the GPO Launch to Engage

  • Animate Local Process Champion Community and operate Operational Meetings to ensure compliance with governance throughout local processes

  • Identify dependencies and potential impacts with other L2/L3 processes and ensure alignment with respective GPLs and GPOs

  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across all geographies, including Regional Heads and Global Delivery Center teams, through solid governance and networking

  • Reach out to GPL peers within Launch to Engage and neighboring GPO teams for exchanges on best practices and cross-process alignment

7 capabilities and related responsabilites

1. End-to-end process transformation & improvement

Coordinate & support identification of improvement potential and design measures, plans and resourcing for assigned process areas

6. Performance measurement, reporting & value tracking

Leverage analytics to define, manage and monitor process KPIs and related reporting; conduct internal and external benchmarking to assess process maturity and identify best-in-class practices
