Main Responsibilities

The iCare Test Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including agile teams, developers, business analysts to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software products. The iCare Test Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying test plans within iCare Eco System while aiming to automate, simplify, and accelerate testing while adhering to quality standards. This role will leverage the Digital portfolio, catalog of services, existing platforms as well as integrate new industry standards to define and implement the Patient Services products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop test plans, test cases and test data to support software product releases

• Continuously enhance and improve test repository to increase test coverage and reliability

• Establish software test guidelines including documented ways of working and ensure their implementation through conducting reviews

• Establish an Agile culture of testing, testing early and often (left shift) by working in a closely integrated fashion with software developers

• Work with internal and external software developers and testers to ensure software testing deliverables are meeting expectations with respect to quality

• Lead the software testing aspects of ongoing projects and drive the overall strategy to accomplish satisfactory test coverage

• Support continuous improvement through software testing by implementing and measuring key metrics and ensure consistent visibility into those for every project executed

• Mentor and provide guidance to iCare Test team members regarding test best practices and techniques.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools and incorporate them into the testing process as appropriate.

Healthcare Compliance and Patient Data Protection

• Maintain strict adherence to Sanofi Patient Services standards and compliance requirements.

• Ensure all solutions comply with PHI (Protected Health Information) and PII (Personally Identifiable Information) regulations.

• Implement GDPR-compliant data handling, storage, and processing practices.

• Maintain patient data safety and privacy as the highest priority in all technical decisions.

• Participate in compliance audits and implement remediation actions as needed.

• Stay current with healthcare data regulations including HIPAA, GDPR, and other applicable standards.

About You

• 5-10 years of experience in software testing, verification, and validation

• 5+ years of experience in leading complex software testing projects and other testers

• 5+ years of experience in test case management/execution and test automation

• 5+ years of experience in white-box and black-box testing

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation and respective tools

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in server / cloud-based service and DB testing

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in UI testing, including mobile and web-based platforms

• 2+ years of experience in Agile software development and testing

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated initiative and analytical thinking style, able to comprehend complex problems and good problem solving skills

• Proven track record of being a strong team player.

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.

• Experience in cloud-based deployments of medical software devices.

• Experience in privacy, security, databases and mobile apps.
