Go-To-Market Capabilities (GTMC) Hub is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in Hyderabad, India and is set up to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. GTMC strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi globally.

Within our Insights & Analytics organization we are transforming to better power decision-making across our end-to-end commercialization process, from business development to late lifecycle management.
Deliverables support planning and decision making across multiple functional areas such as finance, manufacturing, product development and commercial. In addition to ensuring high-quality deliverables, our team drives synergies across the franchise, fosters innovation and best practices, and creates solutions to bring speed, scale and shareability to our planning processes.
We are looking for a Manager to support our Omnichannel analytics team, focused on measurement. Robust analytics and reporting is a priority for our businesses, as the product potential has major implications to a wide range of disciplines. It is essential to have someone who understands and aspires to implement innovative analytics techniques to drive our insights generation across GBU.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop executive-level dashboards that synthesize complex data into clear, compelling visualizations that drive informed business decisions
- Refresh of existing reports and identify improvement opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities, BI tools, and dashboard structure to reflect the latest business insights
- Generate insights from dashboards and data assets, translating findings into strategic recommendations for media campaigns
- Deep dive and follow up analyses on media performance measurement at channel / partner / audience level translating analytical outputs into clear business implications and recommended actions
- Support measurement and analytics initiatives, including attribution, test-and-learn frameworks, incrementality assessments, and time-lag/frequency analyses.
- Employ tools, technology, and processes to constantly improve quality and productivity
- Assist in managing projects efficiently and effectively
Processes
- Frame key marketing questions to guide analysis and work plan
- Lead the delivery of projects in terms of coordination, quality, timeliness, efficiency
- Quality check of the deliverables of self and peers
- Adhere to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable standards
- Use latest tools/technologies/methodologies and partner with internal teams to continuously improve data quality and availability by building business processes that support global standardization
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work collaboratively with the stakeholder teams to prioritize work and ensure timely delivery of requests
- Partner with marketing, media, and commercial stakeholders to answer key business questions and support strategic decision making.
Technical skills
- Working knowledge of relational database concepts
- Hands-on experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Excel (basic formula and pivot tables), PowerPoint and Tableau or Power BI.
- Exposure to Python (Jupyter Notebooks) is a plus
- Extensive expertise in omnichannel marketing concepts, with a strong focus on cross-channel optimization, media metrics, channel performance, Consumer KPIs, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Ability to work with measurement frameworks and support development of insights and reporting
- Experience in building, maintaining, or refreshing dashboards
- Required experience with omnichannel datasets (e.g., Digital Engagement, Media and Campaign Engagement)
- Exposure to pharmaceutical datasets (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, Veeva CRM, Salesforce) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights. Basic understanding of statistical concepts such as descriptive statistics and probability distributions is a plus.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical industry functions (development, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, marketing) is a plus.
Experience 7+ years of relevant work experience with solid understanding of principles, standards, and best practices of Pharma Commercial Analytics and Dashboard development.
Education Bachelors or Masters degree in areas such as Information Science/Operations/Management/Statistics/Decision Sciences/Engineering/Life Sciences/ Business Analytics or related field.
Soft skills Strong learning agility; Ability to manage ambiguous environments, and to adapt to changing needs of the business; Good interpersonal and communication skills; strong presentation skills is a must; Team player who is curious, dynamic, result oriented; Ability to operate effectively in an international matrix environment, with ability to work across time zones; Demonstrated leadership and management in driving innovation and automation leveraging advanced analytical techniques
Languages Excellent English communication skills – written and spoken
