Main responsibilities:

• Define and implement maintenance strategies aligned with business goals and GMP regulations

• Lead and develop the maintenance team, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with quality standards

• Implement preventive maintenance programs and coordinate corrective actions

• Analyze costs and asset utilization to create continuous improvement plans

• Ensure product quality through regulation enforcement and development of instructions

• Manage technical anomalies and deviations, implementing measures to prevent recurrence

• Drive efficiency improvements through performance evaluation and implementation of modern tools and standards

• Participate in investment and technology transfer projects, formulating user and technical needs

About you

• Higher education technical qualification (Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Degree preferred)

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance or operations

• 3+ years of management experience

• In-depth technical knowledge of maintenance systems and equipment

• Strong understanding of GMP regulations and quality standards will be an asset

• Fluency in Hungarian and English

• Proven ability in strategic thinking and problem-solving
