Key responsibilities

Supply Chain Excellence

• Develop and execute annual production plans, breaking them down into actionable monthly and weekly schedules
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and packaging components
• Optimize inventory levels through strategic planning and continuous monitoring
• Maintain our two-week fixed production scheduling system to guarantee operational stability
• Oversee warehousing and waste management processes in full compliance with regulatory requirements

Financial Leadership & Controlling

• Prepare comprehensive financial budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans for the entire site
• Calculate and track product costs, monitoring technological changes and their financial impact
• Approve procurement activities within defined authority levels and monitor budget performance
• Prepare detailed reports and variance analyses to support management decision-making
• Maintain relationships with external organizations and regulatory authorities

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Lead process optimization initiatives using Sanofi Management System (SMS) tools
• Ensure full compliance with GMP, HSE, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Investigate and resolve anomalies, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Drive efficiency improvements and motivate your team to identify and solve problems proactively

People Leadership

• Lead and develop high-performing teams in controlling, demand analysis, material supply, and warehousing
• Define organizational objectives and ensure adequate resources for success
• Foster professional development, career advancement, and performance recognition
• Build a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement

About you

• University degree
• Solid experience in an industrial environment in a similar role
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience with ability to lead transformation
• Strong logistics and supply chain knowledge
• Business economics expertise
• Proven management and leadership capabilities
• Independent work organization ability and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
• Creativity with the ability to innovate and motivate others
• Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
• English - fluent
