About the Job
As a Medical Representative, you will play a key role in driving field execution and building strong partnerships with healthcare professionals across your assigned territory. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering sales objectives, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring high-quality scientific and promotional engagement that supports patient access to Sanofi products.

As part of our Commercial organization, you will contribute directly to expanding access to trusted healthcare solutions, working closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, compliant, and impactful field activities.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver territory sales objectives through effective field execution and strong customer engagement.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with targeted healthcare professionals through regular, high-quality visits aligned with call plans.
- Promote and detail Sanofi products in line with approved marketing strategies, ethical standards, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data, territory records, and reporting tools (Optima, TAP, CRM).
- Analyze territory sales performance, identify gaps, and propose action plans to drive growth.
- Gather and share competitive intelligence, market insights, and customer feedback with line management.
- Organize and participate in scientific, promotional, and public relations activities within the territory.
- Ensure timely reporting and effective communication with line management.
- Comply with all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies, corporate compliance standards, and ethical codes in all interactions.
About You
- Degree in Medicine or Pharmacy.
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales or field roles within the healthcare environment.
- Solid understanding of healthcare systems, customers, and the pharmaceutical market.
- Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into action plans.
- Proficiency in English and basic computer applications.
- High standards of ethics, compliance, and accountability.
