About the Job

As an Order to Serve (O2S) Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless order management, customer service excellence, and supply chain coordination. You will act as a key interface between commercial teams, distributors, and supply chain functions, ensuring accurate master data, efficient order execution, and high service performance across Vietnam.

Your role, as Order to Serve Analyst / Senior Analyst, will be to drive operational excellence across order-to-cash processes and customer engagement.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage customer master data, including creation, updates, pricing, and contract conditions to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Execute end-to-end sales order processes, from order validation to invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Coordinate with demand planning, logistics, and finance teams to align supply availability with sales plans
• Monitor and manage stock allocation, batch delivery, and distributor sales execution on a weekly and monthly basis
• Act as key contact point for distributors, handling queries related to supply, pricing, and product changes
• Manage customer cases, including claims and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and closure
• Prepare and analyze key performance reports (e.g., OTIF, pending orders, KPI dashboards), identifying root causes and driving improvements
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of Order-to-Cash processes in collaboration with regional hubs and global teams

About You

• Experience in supply chain, order management, or customer service operations
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and cross-functional collaboration
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP, Kinaxis, or Power BI is advantageous
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
