As an apprentice within our Flu Franchise you’ll contribute to the development and validation of promotional assets, support the internal communication and engagement of the Glocal Flu community, and assist with project management activities. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:

• Participate in coordinating and supporting the creation or update of promotional assets and materials for countries, collaborating cross functionally, with functions such as Medical, Market Access, Public Affairs
• Collaborate with external agency partners and functional stakeholders to streamline the development, validation, and approval of Glocal-branded assets, ensuring seamless implementation in support of the franchise’s promotional strategy
• Take part in managing participant lists, coordinate logistics, collaborate with external agencies for content creation, and provide comprehensive backend support for a successful conferences & congresses marketing presence
• Contribute in leading internal communication initiatives for the Flu community through digital platforms, newsletters, and community engagement channels, while fostering cross-country sharing of best practices and successful initiatives
• Support global brand meetings and workshops by coordinating agendas, facilitating sessions, capturing key outcomes, and following up on action items with global and local teams

About you

• Soft and technical skills: Autonomous, good interpersonal skills, open-mindedness. Enjoy working in contact with different cultures and interacting on cross-functional subjects. Proficiency in Office pack software, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Education: Master’s degree in marketing with a scientific background
• Languages: english fluent
