As LEDP platform Integration Hub Product Owner within our Digital Manufacturing & Supply organization, you'll play a critical role in implementing Sanofi's M&S Launch activities, driving the integration of our Launch Engine Digital Platform with other key systems. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:

• Co-define product strategy for the LEDP Integration Hub with business stakeholders, data teams, and product owners of connected digital products
• Define, create, and communicate the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and M&S Launch activities
• Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria for the Integration Hub features
• Own, groom, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring incremental value delivery every sprint
• Work cross-functionally with business areas, partnerships, and senior stakeholders in MSAT and M&S
• Collaborate daily with the Scrum Master and delivery team, addressing questions and solving issues
• Communicate trade-offs between business goals and implementation constraints effectively

About you

• Experience in product management or building digital solutions (5 to 10 years)
• Thorough understanding of industrialization processes, with experience in PLM projects and ERP or MES projects (design or deployment)
• Strong knowledge of master data principles and technical overlaps among digital platforms (PLM, ERP, MES, SCM, etc.)
• Experience in Data transformation and Analytics
• Understanding of LLMOps and experience with PLM interface design and implementation
• Strong drive and ability to build & share product vision
• Excellent communication & presentation skills, including with executive stakeholders
• Proven business sense, ability to make decisions, think strategically, and partner with various teams
• Solid knowledge of Lean & Agile practices & Integration
• Strong cross-functional leadership & influencing skills
