Main responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of programs, from design through deployment, in collaboration with the centers of excellence: Talent, Training, Compensation, Diversity and Inclusion, Brand and Communications, and Digital

  • Help strengthen the skills of key teams within Sanofiregardingbest practices in employee experience

  • Participate in the analysis of market trends and best practices to bring new perspectives and help position Sanofi as a leader in employee experience

  • Contribute to the measurement and reporting of employee experience initiatives using data-driven approaches

  • Collaborate on implementing operational improvements for specific touchpoints of the employee experience, in alignment with Sanofi’s employee value proposition and employer brand

About you

  • Soft and technical skills:communication,autonomyand rigor 

  • Education:Master’s degree in business school

  • Languages:englishfluent
