As Digital Site Shopfloor Expert within our Manufacturing & Supply Digital team, you'll provide specialized technical expertise and continuous improvement for shopfloor systems across our production sites, serving as the critical bridge between Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT). Main responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end technical expertise on manufacturing shopfloor systems and solutions across multiple sites

• Configure computerized systems in compliance with Sanofi quality standards and maintain them in a validated state

• Coordinate installations of automated systems, workstations, and hardware (PLC, IoT, manufacturing workstations, etc.) with third parties

• Manage and track the work of suppliers and service providers to ensure quality deliverables

• Collaborate with security experts to implement and maintain IT security solutions for the site

• Contribute to projects as a bridge between global and local organizations to ensure consistency and standardization of installed systems

• Partner with automation experts and solution maintenance specialists on the design, implementation, and maintenance of systems

• Promoting local digital initiatives and implementing them with the support of Digital M&S team

• Analyze digital products/computerized systems to meet all controls to address applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, FDA, ISO standards, etc.), and cybersecurity requirements, including adherence to validation standards

• Apply all architecture standards and guidelines, secure correct interfaces between applications within his/her scope of responsibility.

• Reduce or eliminate obsolescence of the site, by proposing alternatives/replacement of obsolete technologies according to global standards

About you:

• Proven experience in manufacturing IT/OT systems, preferably in pharmaceutical or regulated industries

• Seasoned working experience on manufacturing Information solutions (MES, Historian, Serialization, ERP etc.)/ Digital Manufacturing solutions (connectivity, IoT, Data Lake), preferably in healthcare/ pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of computerized systems compliance/ infrastructure validation/ laboratory/ SCADA systems (IoT or IIOT solutions) would be a plus

• Knowledge of GxP compliance requirements for computerized systems

• Ability to bridge IT and OT domains with understanding of both worlds

• Problem-solving skills for complex functional and technical challenges

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities to work with diverse stakeholders

• Project coordination experience with third-party vendors and service providers

• Understanding of cybersecurity principles in industrial environments

Education:

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field

Languages:

• Fluent in French and English
