The Granulation Production department at Sanofi's Luleburgaz facility is at the heart of pharmaceutical manufacturing excellence. Our team is dedicated to producing high-quality medicines that make a real difference in patients' lives. We work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where every team member plays a meaningful role in ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. As a LEAP Intern, you will be welcomed into a supportive team that values learning, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

Main responsibilities:

• Monitor equipment performance on the production floor and compile regular reports to support operational efficiency

• Follow and track ongoing production processes to ensure they run in line with established procedures and quality standards

• Record and report production waste and scrap data, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

• Prepare and share shift-based production completion reports, providing clear visibility on progress and output

• Actively support the shift team leader in day-to-day operations, contributing to a smooth and well-coordinated work environment

About you

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field

• Soft skills: Strong attention to detail, team-oriented mindset, clear and open communication style, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic manufacturing environment

• Technical skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel); interest in data tracking and reporting; willingness to learn manufacturing and production systems

• Languages: Fluency in Turkish; working knowledge of English
