Join the Cephalosporin Sterile Team in Luleburgaz — a key part of Sanofi's global manufacturing excellence network. Main Responsibilities

• Support daily production operations within the Cephalosporin Sterile manufacturing unit

• Participate in production process monitoring and documentation activities

• Assist in quality control procedures and compliance activities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, and Operations

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects

• Learn and apply Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards in a live production environment

• Support data analysis and reporting activities

• Participate in safety and environmental programs

About You

• Experience: Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of an undergraduate program in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, or in the first year of a graduate program in the same fields. A passion for pharmaceutical manufacturing and production processes is key. Previous internship experience is a plus, but not required.

• Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

• Proactive attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow

• Attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset

• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic manufacturing environment

• Strong communication skills

• Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of chemical processes and manufacturing principles

• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel

• Interest in pharmaceutical production and sterile manufacturing processes

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (3rd/4th year undergraduate or 1st year graduate)

• Languages:

• Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken)

• Turkish proficiency is an advantage
