As an Omnichannel Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated omnichannel strategies, connecting digital and in‑person channels to deliver relevant and personalized experiences for healthcare professionals and patients. You will act as a key link between business, marketing, and technology teams, driving Sanofi’s digital transformation in Brazil.

This role is central to Sanofi’s digital transformation in Brazil. We are looking for someone who combines strategic vision, analytical curiosity, and a passion for innovation to lead the evolution of how we connect with healthcare professionals, patients, and other key stakeholders within the healthcare ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities:
Omnichannel Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement omnichannel customer engagement plans aligned with brand strategies and local market needs in Brazil.
Develop and implement integrated omnichannel strategies, ensuring a consistent and relevant experience for healthcare professionals and patients across all touchpoints (digital, in‑person, and remote).
Plan and execute multichannel campaigns (portal, email marketing, WhatsApp, social media, paid digital media, virtual events, field support), monitoring performance indicators and continuously optimizing results.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, medical, and digital teams to ensure message alignment and seamless channel integration throughout the customer journey.
Analyze engagement and behavioral data from healthcare professionals to generate actionable insights and support data‑driven decision making.
Work closely with the internal HUB, managing agencies and digital/content technology vendors, ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance with Sanofi policies and industry regulations.
Support the development of omnichannel capabilities within the organization by promoting training initiatives, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of digital innovation.
Ensure full compliance of all omnichannel initiatives with Sanofi’s ethics, integrity, and compliance guidelines, as well as pharmaceutical market regulations.
Managers
Promote a culture of Ethics and Business Integrity within the team by serving as a role model and ensuring proper knowledge of and compliance with Sanofi’s ethics and integrity principles, policies, and codes of conduct governing the pharmaceutical market.
Comply with and promote Sanofi’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies within the managed team, including the Road Safety Program, with the objective of preventing accidents, avoiding health risks, promoting employee well‑being, and reducing environmental impacts resulting from work activities.
Support Sanofi’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) strategy and initiatives, ensuring that all employees and partners are treated with respect and provided with equal opportunities.
About You
Requires experience in digital marketing, omnichannel, or customer engagement within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools, digital media platforms, and data analytics (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar).
Demonstrates strong analytical skills to interpret engagement data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management capabilities across multifunctional teams.
Holds an academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related fields, with fluent English required for collaboration with global and regional teams. Brings an agile, results‑oriented mindset with high adaptability in transformation environments.
