About the job

Ready to push the limits of what’s possible? Join Sanofi in one of our corporate functions and you can play a vital part in the performance of our entire business while helping to make an impact on millions around the world.

Position Overview:

The Strategic Projects Lead is a pivotal leadership role within the Specialty Care Finance organization, reporting directly to Ulrich Otte, the Global Head of Finance, Specialty Care. This position represents a unique opportunity to shape the future of one of Sanofi’s most dynamic and strategically important business units.

Specialty Care delivers $23B+ in annual sales with $4B in operating expenses, spanning a complex global portfolio across multiple therapeutic franchises. As the organization continues to grow and evolve, the finance function must elevate its support of the operating model, drive efficiency, strengthen execution, and enable the business to meet increasingly complex demands.

This role sits at the intersection of strategic vision, operational excellence, and cross‑functional leadership. The Strategic Projects Lead will drive high‑impact initiatives that define how Specialty Care operates in the future—from process optimization and digital enablement to operational effectiveness and cost transformation.

This is a strategic leadership position that requires the ability to influence senior stakeholders, navigate a large matrixed environment, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The role offers broad exposure across global finance, executive leadership, and cross‑business partners.
