As Customer Experience Partner in Immunology, you'll orchestrate all customer interactions using diversity of messages and channels to deliver a superior customer experience and inspire them to provide best solution for our patients. This role combines both digital and in-person interactions, utilizing various digital tools to enhance customer engagement alongside traditional face-to-face meetings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting Sanofi's products to healthcare professionals, building a strong customer relationship, and achieving sales targets.
Main responsibilities:
Product Promotion & Customer Engagement:
- Promote Sanofi products to healthcare professionals in assigned territory
- Present compelling product information and clinical data to build trust and demonstrate value
- Capture and relay customer insights to develop targeted communication strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to create effective customer journeys and execute tactical plans
- Manage customer touchpoints through strategic engagement plans across multiple channels
Relationship Management:
- Own and adapt customer communications based on individual needs
- Develop strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and identify new opportunities
- Provide responsive and professional customer service
Territory Management & Reporting:
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and contribute to experience improvement initiatives
- Ensure communication channels remain effective and take corrective action when needed
- Maintain accurate CRM data to enhance efficiency, drive insights, and develop strategic plans
- Manage territory effectively through KPI tracking, performance analysis, and resource planning
- Consistently achieve sales targets for the product portfolio
Continuous Development:
- Stay current on product information, scientific developments, and healthcare trends
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and professional skills
About you
- Education: University Degree (Life Science or Medical would be an advantage)
Experience and specific knowledge:
- Previous experience as a medical representative. Immunology experience will be considered an asset.

- Ability to manage commercial activities for a diversified portfolio.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate, communicate, present, persuade and argument among internal teams, KOLs, healthcare decision makers, physicians.
- Good analytical skills and ability to prioritize; ability to work on their own initiative and make
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a territory effectively.
- Fluent Hungarian and English language knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
