The job holder will report to Head of Site Engineering and Maintenance, in our Biologic plant.
Main responsibilities
- Develop & implement site automation strategy aligning goals.
- Ensure compliance & CSV for OT and Automation systems.
- Manage and optimize automation systems' performance.
- Lead MES support, ensure operational efficiency.
- Implement cybersecurity measures for OT systems.
- Apply standards, manage obsolescence, drive innovation.
- Decide and advise on automation strategy and system selections.
- Advise upgrades and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage cybersecurity, ensure data integrity measures.
- Develop SOPs, lead staff training programs.
- Guide budget allocation and vendor management.
- Drive standards adoption, define performance metric.
- Digital maturity score for OT systems
- System uptime and unplanned downtime percentage
- Automation project ROI and cost savings
- Compliance rate, security incidents resolution time
- Training completion rate, skill assessment scores
- Connectivity level, automation degree across systems
About You
- Expertise in Biopharma Automation and Manufacturing systems
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GAMP, 21CFR11
- Project management skills for automation initiatives
- Cybersecurity proficiency in OT/IT convergent environments
- Data analytics and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies implementation
