- Assist & timely prepare relevant documents required in drug Inspection, import and export documents preparation.协助办理药品通关单、进出口报关资料准备协助办理药品通关单、进出口报关资料准备。
- Responsible for batch records.负责批记录的制作。
- Customs clearance documents archiving清关资料存档。
- Communicate with broker, forwarder, etc与报关行、货代等第三方沟通。
- Other assignment from direct/indirect boss直线/虚线领导安排的其它工作。
任职要求 / Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，不限专业。Bachelor's degree or above, open to all majors.
- 每周至少出勤3个工作日，实习时间3个月以上。 Attend at least 3 working days per week, with an internship duration of more than 3 months.
- 英语听说读写能力良好。 Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
- 熟练掌握Office办公软件及数据分析工具。 Proficient in Office software and data analysis tools.
- 工作细致，责任心强，具备良好的组织和沟通能力。 Detail-oriented, responsible, with good organizational and communication skills.
- 有强烈的学习意愿。 Strong willingness to learn.
