Global Talent Services is one of our key service lines in hubs part of Chief Talent Office that helps provide E-2-E Talent Acquisition services globally to businesses spread across General Medicines, Specialty care, Vaccines, R&D, Manufacturing from Hubs across regions in proximity.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Talent Services , this role will be responsible to lead a team of recruiters for Asia Region (India, SEA, ANZ etc) in managing the volume hiring needs. Across 2023/2024 or last few years average the consolidated hiring volumes in the region has been 1000+. This is subjected to growth as we expand our launches in the region. The role will focus on executing hiring across our commercial, medical, sales, manufacturing organizations in the region.

Main responsibilities:

Assume accountability for all Recruitment Services delivered within the hub, ensuring alignment with Sanofi's business strategy and global talent acquisition priorities.​

  • Play a key role in the seamless integration and transition of new recruitment services into the hub, ensuring minimal disruption and a positive experience for stakeholders.​

  • Lead the planning and coordination of recruitment activities within the hub, optimizing resource allocation and service delivery models.​

  • Lead and manage a mix of experienced and junior recruiters and manage the workload for all recruiters in the hub ​

  • Support the organization in understanding talent needs. Provide advice on the appropriate hiring strategy and approach.​

  • Advise the organization’s hiring managers and leadership team on recruiting decisions, best practices, compensation, and future hiring planning.​

  • Led the implementation of industry-leading hiring practices. Oversee consistent compliance with established recruitment best practices and processes.​

  • Help and advise hiring managers on writing job descriptions, benchmarking, and candidate selection.​

  • Led in-house efforts to develop the capabilities of recruiters and hiring managers to network, source, assess, and hire talent.​

  • Oversee the work of the hiring team and manage their performance. Provide feedback on their performance and act as a mentor to the team. Recruit, train, and develop new members of the team as required.​

  • Oversee all the communication between the organization’s hiring managers/recruiters and candidates.​

  • Own the reporting and analysis of key performance metrics (SLAs) for all hub-based recruitment services.​

  • Champion a customer-centric approach within the hubs, ensuring that candidate and hiring manager needs are prioritized.​

  • Partner with the Talent Tech team to support the development and implementation of technology solutions that enhance recruitment processes, improve efficiency, and embrace innovation.​

  • Maintain regular communication and collaboration with the Candidate Care Hub Lead and Sourcing Strategy Hub Lead to ensure a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience.​

  • Proactively share best practices, talent intelligence, and market insights to optimize recruitment outcomes across all hubs.

About you  

 You are a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record of success in leading and managing global recruitment teams, operating within a global business services environment and building new capability in talent teams. You are passionate about delivering exceptional experience and are driven by a desire to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes. You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the talent acquisition landscape and are adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. 

Experience

  • 10+ Years of Proven track record of success in leading and managing global recruitment teams within a complex, matrixed organization. 

  • Experience in executing TA projects across Singapore, Australia New Zealand etc is an added advantage.

  • Experience of managing a team is a must have.

  • Experience working with a Global Centre of Excellence and driving standardization across multiple locations. 

Soft and technical skills:  

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and technologies, including experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR information systems.
