Product portfolio
lDevelop strategies for the products, set objectives and propose budget
lCreate mid to long term portfolio strategy to maximize value of products with long range plan (LRP) (5 years)
lDevelop demand forecast and work closely with supply, RA, sales, finance and importer to ensure the goods supply, avoid shortage or write-off
lMarketing Plan and operation plan (Annual)
lMonitor and control the marketing plan to modify /adapt the marketing mix of activities to achieve business objectives
lDevelop and execute holistic plan to achieve Nexviazyme launch excellence in China
lUnlocks innovative new business models/services across the experience journey to deliver value and business growth
lBuild and maintain good relationship with key opinion leaders
lLeverage omni-channel to engage customers with 3R (right customer, right content, right channel)
lWork closely with PAMAT, medical and sales on PRDL and CSI maintenance or new breakthrough
lDeeply involved in RD 3P customers (physician, payer, patient) engagement to win the market and establish RD ecosystem
lClose glocal cooperation to cultivate China market and enhance KOL engagement
lLead internal and cross-functional teams to develop and execute cross TA RD strategic programs, incl. STEP, CHARD cooperation, etc.
Management / co-ordination
lDesign, develop, execute and optimize programs
lControl implementation of marketing plans and trigger continuous adaptation of plans to changing environmental needs
lFinal control of the HCP project budget within agreed limits
lEnsure optimal flow of information, key messages and content materials to salesforce
lLeverage cooperation with Regional Marketing
lSet up and deepen inter-department cooperation and communication to develop products strategies and implementation
lLeadership in cross-functional project team to drive the results
