Main responsibilities:
The core job responsibilities are organized under three main pillars:
Learning Business Partner
. Collaborates with People & Culture and the business to assess priority learning needs and identifies relevant and sustainable learning solutions.
. Engages with business leaders and P&C community to leverage the appropriate internal learning resources, driving consistency and optimizing resources.
. Connects with global Learning Institutes for specific learning needs in their geography.
. Guarantee well balanced global-local approach, coordinating the design and delivery of local learning solutions when no global solutions are available.
Program Portfolio Manager
. Designs and implements annual learning plans, combining learning modalities (in person, virtual, self-directed learning, instructor-led) to meet business and geography needs.
. Increases awareness and utilization of Learning programs through clear and timely communications.
. Develops a strong and sustainable internal facilitators network to ensure the delivery capacity matches the volume and quality needs.
. Makes wise choices on the use of external learning partners and oversees their activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
. Manages budget for programs under their responsibility
. Partners with Learning Delivery to ensure accuracy in iLearn records and efficiency on the logistics supporting the delivery of Learning programs.
Facilitator
. Facilitates learning programs to the highest standard, providing a great learning experience for participants and serving as a role model to other facilitators.
. Coordinates the identification, certification, development, recognition and tracking of activity level for local facilitators involved in the delivery of the Learning offer.
Maintain knowledge of and comply with the principles of Ethics and Integrity, Sanofi policies and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market.
Comply with and promote Sanofi Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, with the aim of preventing accidents, avoiding health risks, promoting employee well-being and reducing environmental impacts resulting from the execution of work activities.

About you
Passionate about learning and people development.
University degree, preferably but not limited to Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration.
Relevant experience in Human Resources, Learning or Business in the context of a global, matrix organization. Experience in global/regional initiatives is welcome.
Fluency in English
Desired skills: Communication; Business Partnering; Change Management; Facilitation; Coaching; Project Management; Data analysis; Flexibility (time zones and cultural differences)
